Default Transport during the Olympics

Hi everyone

Apparently all the organisers of the Olympic Games are sure that London will cope with the commuters…not to be negative or anything but I’m not so sure. I don’t think we are coping well in the summer time unless “coping” means sardines?
I hope they are planning extra services and have spare trains because I think we are going to need all of it!!!

Cheers
Janine

Thats hilarious, Londons public transport system at the moment is "OVER" stretched as it is during peak hours, so unless the games are going to held "outside of "peak hours" then it will be a big disaster getting anywhere.

Its fine for all those other countries, their not the financial capital of the world without a penny to spend on transport...

What would really help is if we didnt have stuck up twats driving the tube trains who think they are worth more than they really are... Uneducated school dropouts holding London to ransom for wages that they could only ever dream about.

Striking should be outlawed completely, this is a new modern city where competiveness is key!

Tee-hee I agree with you…Who ever came up with the idea of striking in anyway? It’s like giving your dog bits from your plate and then getting mad if he annoys you for the rest of your life during meals. We should blame the people who gave into striker's demands...Surely there is better ways of getting things done...a way that doesn't affect others?

I am hopeful about the Javelin service…but let’s see shall we…
